CHRISTMAS POSTAGE: The last dispatch day for 'In Stock' items will be Friday 20th December. 
 
We will be closed from 24th December to 3rd January and shipping of orders will resume on Monday 6th January.

Appointment No-Show Policy

We have been left with no choice but to implement a 'no show policy' due to a number of people not turning up to their appointment.

As a small independant business, missed appointments costs us time and money, as we could have seen other customers during this time who wish to purchase something.

If you book an appointment and do not show up or contact us, you will be charged a £30 deposit when booking future appointments.  **This payment will be used as a deposit and will be deducted from your total spend when you have your fitting.  This deposit cannot be used to buy products online**

You will receieve a reminder by email the day before your appointment, so you have plenty of notice to be able to cancel if you have double booked yourself.  We understand that emergencies come up, but it is polite to call us and let us know so we are not sitting waiting for you to arrive.  It is even more frustrating when we try and call and the phone goes unanswered.

FOR FUTURE APPOINTMENTS: after booking your appointment you will receive a text which will include a link to make a payment for £30 to secure your booking.  if you fail to pay this within 24 hours, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be unable to attend.
